Professional Device Repair Technicians
Our Policy
Due to a recent rise in fraud attempts, we have had to introduce a stricter returns policy. This is inline with other local providers and we have extended our price-match policy to also extend our warranty to match or beat rivals.
3 Days Goodwill Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily return it to store credit within 3 days of purchase. Please note that all items must be returned in the same state/condition in which they were sold and refund is subject to testing. In the case of needing a reset, data removal or broken seals a 16% restocking fee may be applied.
30 Days Statutory Refund Policy
If your item develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will accept a return. Provided it is returned with a receipt and we can verify the fault, we can offer a full refund to the original payment method, repair or replace the item, or exchange it for something else of equal value.
3 Month warranty on all items (except batteries / consumables)
Outside of the 30 day period, if your item develops a fault through no fault of your own, we will repair or replace the item. In the event that this isn’t possible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method at the original sales value.
Returns Testing Policy
Due to regular fraud attempts, we now need to perform a number of tests on all returns, even if a goodwill return. This may include performing a partial repair to the device to ensure that the device has not been linked to an iCloud account. We endeavour to do our return test bookings as quickly as we can, however please allow at least 1 hour even for “easy” to verify faults.
All faults must be verified in order to honour the warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Faults due to batteries are not covered beyond 30 days.
Warranty doesn’t cover physical, liquid and any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking.
Devices that have been damaged in any way are excluded from warranty of other issues if it could be reasonably assumed that the damage could have caused the reported issue.
